I also don’t like how not all Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos use Unity. You can’t sleep well when you are worried there may be an electrical fire in your room! It’s been over 2 weeks and we still have not been credited points on ‘Unity’, Hard Rock’s loyalty program. Somehow, I felt like they could have done more - and the manager in the VIP checkin just acted annoyed with us. They did comp us 2 nights, waived resort fees for 4 nights, and gave us $200 food/beverage credit. Should have changed a 3rd time due to very noisy toilet. I’m talking water pouring out of ceiling lights. The Bad: We had to change rooms twice because of ceiling leaks. Bottom line: It’s going to be rough staying here over the next couple of years and until they complete their new construction and renovations. Have stayed here multiple times over the last 10+ years. Stayed for a week Oct 2023, 2BR hospitality suite, then upgraded to 2BR suite.
